Kittens & Process

Our Philosophy

 

Raised with Intention. Our goal is to find the perfect forever home for every kitten. We prioritize health, temperament, and structure. Every kitten goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations, a microchip, and TICA registration papers.

The Hearthside Process

  1. The Inquiry: Submit an application to tell us about your home and lifestyle. We review every application carefully to ensure a perfect match.

  2. The Connection: We schedule a brief video call or phone interview. This allows us to get to know you and answer any questions you have about the breed.

  3. The Reservation: Once approved, a $500 Reservation Retainer secures your place on the waitlist or reserves a specific kitten. This fee is deducted from the final purchase price.

  4. The Homecoming: Kittens go home between 12–14 weeks, once they are fully socialized and medically cleared.

Pricing & Standards

  • Investment: $3,200 – $4,500.

     

  • Vaxxed, Chipped, & Snipped: All kittens are pediatric spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to departure.

     

  • The Safety Net: Hearthside Familiars LLC is permanently listed as the secondary microchip contact. Our cats always have a home at our hearth.

     

  • 14-Day Recovery: Kittens remain at the Manor for a two-week post-op observation to ensure perfect healing before discharge (typically 12–14 weeks).

     

  • Diagnostic Receipt of Health: Every kitten leaves with a baseline blood panel and negative FeLV/FIV SNAP results.

     

  • 30-Day Safety Bridge: A 30-day trial of pet insurance is provided and must be activated within 24 hours of pickup.

     

  • Strictly Pet Only: We do not sell breeding rights. Our focus is exclusively on the companion bond.

     

  • Right of First Refusal: Per our contract, any cat that can no longer be kept must be returned to Hearthside. We maintain a zero-shelter policy.
