Our Philosophy

 

Raised with Intention. Our goal is to find the perfect forever home for every kitten. We prioritize health, temperament, and structure. Every kitten goes home with age-appropriate vaccinations, a microchip, and TICA registration papers.

The Hearthside Process

  1. The Inquiry: Submit an application to tell us about your home and lifestyle. We review every application carefully to ensure a perfect match.
  2. The Connection: We schedule a brief video call or phone interview. This allows us to get to know you and answer any questions you have about the breed.

  3. The Reservation: Once approved, a $500 Reservation Retainer secures your place on the waitlist or reserves a specific kitten. This fee is deducted from the final purchase price.

  4. The Homecoming: Kittens go home between 12–14 weeks, once they are fully socialized and medically cleared.

Pricing & Standards

  • Pet Price: $2,000 – $3,500.
  • Contract: Strictly "Pet Only" (No Breeding Rights). We require a spay/neuter agreement.

  • Right of First Refusal: If you can no longer keep your cat, they must be returned to Hearthside. We never want our cats in shelters.
